  1. Client’s obligation

    • For us to meet your styling needs we appreciate you being open and honest with us.

    • All our consultations are initiated with our Online Style Questionnaire. Our request is that you complete the questionnaire comprehensively, so we are able to meet your styling needs.

  2. Service

    • We pride ourselves in delivering a professional tailor-made service to meet your styling needs. We treat all clients with respect and expect the same in return.

  3. Our fees

    • Our fee is not fixed and is dependent on the service required for your consultation. 

    • Once your Style Consultation and date is agreed, you will be invoiced accordingly. 

  4. Payment

    • We require full payment of your style consultation once you are invoiced. 

    • When your payment is received, your style consultation is confirmed and booked.

    • We are unable to reserve or secure your preferred date until your payment is received.

    • We do not accept cheque payments. Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer; our bank details are on your invoice.

    • We are unable to guarantee your style consultation if your payment is not received before your style consultation.

  5. Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be made 5 working days before the agreed date of your style consultation.

    • Your appointment can be rescheduled or postponed if your cancellation is made 5 working days before your booking.

  6. Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable for matters beyond your control (Death or serious Injury) supporting evidence may be requested.

  7. Expenses

    • Travel expenses are necessary for the execution of your style consultation and is dependent on your location. This includes rail, taxi, bus, airfares and car mileage in a company or personal vehicle. 

    • Car mileage will be charged at £1 per mile. 

    • Expenses are in addition to our fees and the cost of your garments.
